We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airwatch Engineer to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual who will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform, ensuring seamless operations across iOS, Android, and Windows devices. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the AirWatch MDM platform, focusing on device enrollment, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance monitoring. Provide Tier 2/3 support for mobile device issues across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows. Manage vendor support portals for cellular devices with providers such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align mobile device policies with organizational standards. Monitor system performance, generate analytical reports, and implement necessary improvements to enhance user experience and security. Lead the assessment, planning, and phased migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune, including stakeholder engagement and pilot testing. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in endpoint management and mobile security. Exhibit excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch administration. 2 years of experience with mobile OS platforms and enterprise mobility architecture. 2 years of experience managing cellular activations through vendor portals such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. 1 year of experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Desired Skills: Experience with Intune deployment or migration projects. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, SC-300, or AZ-104). Understanding of Zero Trust principles and conditional access policies. Experience integrating MDM with identity and access management solutions. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or other automation tools. Projects include Commercial, Industrial, University, K-12, Healthcare, Assisted Living, Technology / Science, Campus Utilities and others. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Researches, designs, and specifies electrical systems, and directs and coordinates activities involved in design and specifications of electrical systems. Coordinate design and schedule with other disciplines on the team such as architectural, structural, and mechanical. Researches and analyzes data to determine feasibility of design or application. Directs and coordinates design and specification activities to ensure system design and deliverables conform to engineering design and customer specifications. Be skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office programs. Familiar with Lighting design software such as Visual Lighting, and power distribution analysis software such as SKM Power Tools for Windows. Confers with engineering and design staff to determine design modifications and enters editing information into computer. Provide conceptual ideas and portray graphically for coordination and reproduction via AutoCAD or Revit. Data input for lighting and power system load calculations. Equipment selections for lighting, power distribution, and building systems. Performs other related duties as required. Attend project meetings as representation for the electrical discipline. Familiar with and capable of writing technical specifications for various electrical systems and equipment. Be able to contact equipment manufacturers or representatives to discuss product options and solutions. Communications: Ability to communicate both verbally and written with project team or clients for coordination of design documents. Maintain professional demeanor to communicate with clients. Work cooperatively with co-workers. Project and maintain positive image of Company to the public.
