Must have experience with placement of Controlled Low Strength Materials (CLSM). • Understands industry and Government best management practices for heavy civil construction activities. • Proficient in OSHA and Reclamation Safety and Health Standards (RSHS) regulations and the differences between the two safety requirements (OSHA 30 Hours Construction Training and/or RSHS 32 Hours Training).
