Job Description: Budget Title: Assistant Facilities Program Coordinator (SL-3) Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with experience) Binghamton University invites applications for the position of Construction Project Site Coordinator within Facilities Management, Planning and Construction Management. This professional position will be filled by a candidate with a background in construction management, construction site supervision, architecture, or engineering. This role focuses on on-site management of major campus construction and renovation projects, ensuring they meet design intent, budget, schedule, and quality standards. The initial assignment involves serving as Site Coordinator for the renovation of a historic manufacturing facility in Johnson City, transforming it into state-of-the-art labs, clinical spaces, classrooms, and offices to support the expansion of Decker College's Physical Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology programs.
