Engages in evaluation and installation of software, hardware, other types of support equipment into a workable. Network that supports a variety of functions. Candidate has fundamental knowledge of systems engineering infrastructure and performs high level systems support. Install and update newly developed software to assigned systems. Provides system level support of multi user operating system, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance and support of these systems. Identify alternatives to optimize computer resources. Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade operating systems and hardware and software interfaces within the operating system. Responsible for capacity planning, disaster recovery and security where necessary. Possess extensive experience with operating systems, network protocols, systems programming and configurations, and /or hubs, switches and routers. Engineer, implement and support software and OS solutions. Integrate application, utilities, drivers and device control components from vendor partners. Create and install software images on ATM machines in a lab environment. Desired skills.: ATM industry experience. ATM applications and XFS a plus. Hardware integration experience (drivers, configuration). Experience interfacing with physical devices via vendor SDKs, APIs. Experience with self service terminals (ATMs / Kiosks). Exam 70-698/Course 20698: Installing and configuring windows 10. Exam 70-697/Course 20697-1 or 20697-2 Configuring windows devices. OS / software imaging/packaging experience. Web development expertise (e.g. REST).

Job Description Must Have Experience Hands On Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practices Seasoned with Custom App implementation. Experienced of implementing in one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD other than ITSM. Good experience of Service Portal and widget creation Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation Hands-on development experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound Knowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid Server Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance Good knowledge of MID Server installation and management Experience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation Good to have Experience Worked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM Experience in working on Performance Analytics Experienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt. and Orchestration use cases. Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features. Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferred Academic and Professional Experience Professional 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required 10+ years of experience with IT Industry required Academics Certified System Admin CIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
