Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician position, under limited supervision, performs general building upkeep, equipment inspections, repairs and improvements to our facility. Perform routine maintenance as assigned, including on building interior/exterior and machines, then logging preventative maintenance checks into the asset management software (QT9). 2. Drive to customer sites as needed to make deliveries. 7. Ensure work area is kept clean and free of debris. 8.
