Compensation to be determined We are seeking a Handyman With Construction & Maintenance Experience to become a part of our team! Responsibilities: Repair major and minor issues with commercial buildings Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Some light construction Light electrical/plumbing Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, such as some janitorial services as assigned Qualifications: Clean appearance Must have a current and valid drivers license Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Must have your own tools Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to pass both a background and credit check Normal working hours will be between 6:30 AM - Noon.
