1st Shift Needed - 7:30 am to 4 pm High school education (or equivalent) preferred and/or previous factory experience preferred Attendance is an essential job requirement defined as having regular, consistent, reliable, punctual and predictable attendance including the ability to work regular hours and shifts, overtime before and after shifts and on weekends. Ability to work as part of a team, including all related departments/plants or independently as required achieving internal and external customer satisfaction. Position may be work in shipping, receiving, insulation or sealing, and will be responsible for the following but not limited to: KEY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Insulates and assembles product for delivery • Uses sealant to properly seal product • Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. • Opens containers. • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. • Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. • Rotate material. • Transports materials from storage or work sites to shipping area. • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. • Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. • Loads/unloads truck for Industrial Truck Operator. • Assists in various departments as needed. • Other duties may be assigned WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
