Title: Reliability Engineer L4 Location: Canoga Park, CA 91304 Pay Rate: $60/hr-$70/hr depends on experience Hours: 1st shift 9/80s schedule 6:30am to 4:30pm 9-hour days (Monday-Friday w/ every other Friday off) Length: 12 month contract with a possibility of extension or conversion to full-time Travel: none 100% onsite; No remote/hybrid work Manager requested phone and in-person interview 3 must haves: Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field. 5 years experience in reliability engineering with DOD contracts. Candidates with U.S. Citizenship only, no dual citizenship Must be able to complete the clients onboarding requirements secret clearance required to start Job Description: Provide Reliability Engineering analyses on a wide variety of programs and help influence the design. This includes defining the proper level of reliability scope for each program, helping identify associated risks, fully understanding customer requirements and expectations. Performing Reliability Engineering as early in the program life cycle as possible, efficiently completing reliability efforts within budget and schedule, and communicating progress and results effectively and efficiently. Skills: Required Skills: 5 years experience in reliability engineering with DOD contracts. Desired Skills: Experience in Solid Rocket Motors and Reliasoft or Relex software. Prior experience in Systems Safety. Education: Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field.
