Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaping & Hardscape Estimator to prepare accurate job estimates for residential and commercial outdoor projects. This role focuses heavily on concrete work pricing while also supporting landscape, drainage, sod, and hardscape estimates.
The ideal candidate understands construction measurements, material takeoffs, labor calculations, and profit margins — and can confidently present pricing to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site measurements and project evaluations
Prepare accurate estimates for:
Concrete slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios & footers
Retaining walls, pavers, and drainage systems
Sod installation, grading, and general landscaping
Underground utilities and site work
Calculate material, labor, equipment, and overhead costs
