Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at JobTalentAgency.co.uk, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including SMEs, recruitment agencies, and corporate employers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposal pitches to showcase our recruitment solutions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment and job board industry

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

  • Negotiate and close deals with a consultative, client-focused approach

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment, job board, or HR tech industry

  • Strong understanding of digital recruitment solutions and B2B sales strategies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently

  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
