Major NYC Real Estate Owner/Developer seeks a motivated Project Manager/Superintendent with 10 years experience in NYC corporate interiors. The position requires directing all construction trades for fast track schedules of Tenant Improvement and Capital Improvement projects in Class "A" office buildings from inception to completion. Candidate needs to be capable of handling multiple projects. Estimating experience a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.
