We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented a Bilingual Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency. Duties Assist in the coordination of daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. .Support project management efforts by tracking progress and reporting on key metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations. Participate in problem-solving initiatives to identify areas for improvement within operational processes. Provide administrative support as required, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Attend and assist with pre-construction meetings with architects and clients. Write job estimates. Obtain quotes for materials and subcontractors. Monitor and answer calls. Assist with responding to internal and external emails. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a relevant area. Native or bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred but not required. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
