Title: Site Electrical Construction Coordinator Location: Linden, NJ Duration: Direct hire Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Per Diem: Yes Responsibilities: Lead and supervise electrical field crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Act as the primary on-site electrical liaison between project management, engineering, and field teams. Oversee installation of electrical systems and infrastructure including substations, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, cabling, and renewable energy systems. Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines to resolve field conflicts and ensure smooth execution. Review drawings, specifications, and work packages to plan, track, and report daily and weekly activities. Enforce compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, environmental regulations, and company standards. Requirements: 15+ years of electrical construction experience in refineries, chemical processing, oil refining, or power projects, plus strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
