DTR is Hiring Experienced Diesel and Trailer Mechanics! Multiple Locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Benefits Mechanic Benefits:
- Diesel Mechanics
- $30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and location
- Trailer Mechanics
- $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and location
- Sign-on bonuses for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- $3,000 total bonus for qualifying candidates
- $1,500 paid after 90 days
- $1,500 paid after 180 days
- Shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Monthly productivity/bonus incentive program(s)

Mechanic Shift Options:
- 1st Shift
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
- 2nd Shift
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
- 3rd Shift
- 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Mechanic Requirements
- At least 1 year of mechanical or equivalent experience
- ASE certifications are highly desired but not required
- Must pass pre-employment knowledge/skill test, background check (10-year), and drug/medical physical exam
- Proven mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication
- Must have own tools and safety steel-toed shoes
