Role: Quality EngineerBill Rate: $76/hour C2CLocation: Eden Prairie, MNDuration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + ZoomDirect Client Requirement Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that our products meet industry standards and customer requirements Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection reports Conduct statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies to monitor and improve process performance Perform advanced quality engineering tasks such as root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and design of experiments (DOE) Coordinate and participate in customer and supplier quality audits Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IATF, PPAP, and GD&T Train and educate production team members on quality control processes and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the engineering industry Strong knowledge of quality control processes, including statistical process control (SPC) and process capability studies Experience with industry standards such as IATF, PPAP, and GD&T Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Note: If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
