Role: DSP Communications Engineer
Perform cutting-edge research and development on real-time Software Defined Radio (SDR) and protocol processing systems with proven capabilities against a wide range of wireless protocols. Work autonomously without supervision as a DSP Engineer developing engineering solutions to collect, process, and exploit RF signals for the Intelligence and Defense communities. This role requires extensive software development background with the ability to develop modeling techniques, produce proofs-of-concept, evolve prototype solutions, and deliver operational systems. Apply your knowledge of digital communications including detection, estimation, and demodulation while working in complex RF environments. Requirements:

MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN with ACTIVE and CURRENT Top Secret SSBI/SCI clearance REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience developing engineering solutions to collect, process, and exploit RF signals
Strong knowledge of digital communications including detection, estimation, and demodulation
Proven ability to develop modeling techniques, produce proofs-of-concept, and deliver operational systems
Strong C/C++ and Python development experience
Systems development experience within the Intelligence and Defense communities
Familiarity with Code Management tools (e.g., Git)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
Stable employment history (no job hoppers)
Knowledge of Software Defined Radio (SDR) preferred
XMIDAS familiarity preferred
Geolocation theory and techniques knowledge preferred
Experience working in complex RF environments preferred
Knowledge of wireless air interface protocols preferred
Knowledge of multi-threaded signal processing algorithms in Python/C++ on Linux hosts preferred
Comfortable working in distributed team environments
