-Local preferred, but open to relocation from states in the region that are essentially touching the state of Georgia.

-Will report to an onsite account manager, then ideally will manage 1-2 other apprentice plumbers eventually.

  Job Description Summary
  
  Position responsible for performing household appliance installations to include those requiring natural gas connections and licensed for a specified market plumbing code; and excel in analyzing and resolving problems. Additionally, loading, unloading and installation of household appliances such as: dishwashers, dryers, range ovens, countertop stoves when departing for the day s activities.

  
  
  

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  
  
  
  • 
    
  • Install and test Household Appliances using necessary hand tools and power tools based on job specifications, manufactures installation instructions, and local codes.
    
  • Accomplishes delivery and installation results by communicating job expectations with the installation teams; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and enforcing installation practices, policies, and procedures
    
  • Installation parts management, Installation Parts Supply Management, Installation Tools Management.
    
  • Communicate findings with the office staff and customer.
    
  • Identify and resolve any issues in a professional and effective manner required to have a positive outcome.
    
  • Direct contractors to install household appliances to perform plumbing services, (Apprentice and Journeyman Licensing).
    
  • Solve and resolve plumbing situations to allow for the installation of appliances. Examples cut off valve installation, gas line modifications or other similar plumbing related repairs.

  • Journeyman Plumber certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of the state's Plumbers & Gas Fittings Examining Board.
    
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
    
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
