We are currently hiring a Residential Engineer to supervise the planning, coordination and implementation of residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate construction projects and determine the best method to complete the project.
- Create structural design of housing projects including floor framing, roof, and foundation.
- Establish an estimated cost and time frame to complete multiple projects simultaneously

- Ensure projects adhere to all government and industry standards and guidelines.
- Obtain special permits or records when necessary.
- Excellent Oral and written communication.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience reading and understanding blueprints and technical diagrams
- 5 years of experience working in residential structural engineering
- 5 years of experience working with diagnostic and quality measuring tools
- 3 years of experience working in multi-family homes, condos and apartment buildings.
- 3 years of experience working in computer aided drafting, Auto CAD.
