Were looking for an End-User Computing Engineer to join our global Information Technology team. In this position, youll play a key role in maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performing technology operations across all business units. Youll provide direct support to traders, executives, and research professionals in a dynamic, high-stakes environmentresolving issues proactively and managing IT systems that drive productivity at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality technical support across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and market data issues promptly
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and account administration
Support audio/visual systems and conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)
Assist with mobile device configuration and management via Intune or similar platforms
Maintain and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) for secure remote access
Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools to log, track, and resolve support requests
Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for recurring issues and procedures
Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
Provide
after-hours and weekend on-call support as part of a rotation
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in financial services
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills
Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments (Windows 11, Office 365)
Familiarity with identity and access management, user administration, and security groups
Knowledge of endpoint management, software deployment, and packaging
Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Working knowledge of AV setups and remote conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom)
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail
Comfortable providing high-touch support to traders, executives, and analysts
