Pay Rate: $34.00 an hour
SUMMARY: Maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing Preventive Maintenance Systems. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
q Perform preventative maintenance of all plumbing fixture
q Perform plumbing duties and inspections
q Repair sinks, stools, faucets, drains, traps, sumps and filter systems
q Plan and develop recommendations for renovations and expansions
q Ensure adherence to Minnesota state codes
q Estimate costs for projects and expansions
q Responsible for inventory control and purchasing of plumbing equipment and supplies
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
q High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
q State of Minnesota Journeyman's license
q Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Preferred:
q Any certificates or license pertaining to this role such as Master Plumber
Skills
Required:
q Accurate and detail-oriented
q Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
q Strong mechanical aptitude

Required:
q Ability to work independently
