Job Title: Technical Product Manager Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101 Experience Required: 12+ Years Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy, execution, and delivery for complex technology-driven initiatives. This role requires someone who can bridge business needs with technical implementation, collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable value. You will work closely with engineering, design, business leadership, and customers to shape product direction and ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Translate high-level strategic direction into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize features, ensure feasibility, and support development cycles. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery, onboarding, and release planning. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions. Communicate project progress, timelines, and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure seamless user experience and adoption. Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring obstacles are resolved promptly. Support documentation, product enablement materials, and release communication. Required Skills and Experience 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in software or technology-focused environments. Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud technologies, APIs, and system integrations. Proven experience working with agile methodologies, product backlogs, and sprint planning. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable working with executive stakeholders. Experience delivering complex technical products from concept through launch. Nice to Have Prior experience in enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or digital transformation initiatives. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, or Product Management credentials
