Must-Have Skills
Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Architect scalable, secure backend services and RESTful APIs.
Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

Detailed Job Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience, preferably in financial services.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Redux, Express.js, TypeScript, and related libraries.
Solid understanding of RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of security best practices for sensitive financial data.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
2+ years of experience in sales & distribution business processes:
Distribution Management
Incentive Management
Broker Dealer Administration
Insurance Distribution
Minimum Experience
8 10 years of relevant experience.
Top Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across React.js, Node.js, and JavaScript development.
Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications (preferably AWS).
Architect integrations with vendor/SaaS platforms and event streaming technologies (Kafka, REST, JSON, SOAP).
