Job Title: Automation Architect Lead Specialist Engineer Location: Little Rock, Arkansas Experience: 12+ Years Employment Type: Contract Interview Type: In-Person or Webcam Job Description The Automation Architect Lead Specialist Engineer will be responsible for designing end-to-end automation strategies and leading the implementation of intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments. This role involves architecture definition, solution design, tool selection, governance standards, and hands-on technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation frameworks, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and enterprise integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise automation solutions. Define automation strategies, frameworks, standards, governance, and best practices. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI/ML, and workflow orchestration tools. Drive the implementation of automation pipelines within DevOps and CI/CD environments. Evaluate automation products, platforms, and technologies, and implement scalable and secure architectures. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, QA, operations, and business stakeholders. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to development and automation engineering teams. Integrate automation solutions with cloud platforms, application systems, and enterprise tools. Conduct technical assessments, solution reviews, and performance optimization. Ensure automation solutions meet compliance, reliability, and security standards. Manage automation lifecycle, monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of experience in software engineering or automation engineering roles. Proven experience architecting enterprise automation solutions. Strong hands-on experience with automation technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Selenium, Python scripting, or similar tools. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, or similar. Deep understanding of DevOps concepts, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud automation (AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with container platforms and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and microservices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical initiatives. Preferred Skills Experience with AI/ML-based automation and intelligent decision engines. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Appian, or other workflow orchestration platforms. Experience implementing security and compliance automation models. Exposure to agile methodologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and automation centers of excellence. Certifications in automation tools, DevOps, or cloud platforms.
