About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Field Manager / Project Manager to join our team. This position focuses on on-site field management and plays a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and manage construction schedules while proactively identifying and addressing potential delays.
Track and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.
Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain workflow and progress.
Build and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and vendors to support smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
Familiarity with NYC Department of Buildings regulations preferred.
Certifications or licenses (OSHA, GC, Site Safety, etc.) are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Valid U.S. work authorization required; drivers license preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
