What Youll Do as the Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor:

• Lead a skilled team of electricians, techs, and control engineers
  
• Champion safety and NFPA 70E compliance
  
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize electrical systems
  
• Elevate team skills through training and mentorship
  
• Collaborate with production to boost uptime and cut waste
  
• Manage maintenance schedules, inventory, and upgrades
  

Minimum Qualifications for the Electrical Instrumentation Supervisor:

At least 4 years of related experience in electrical/maintenance such as foreman, planning or reliability, and demonstrated supervisory ability OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Demonstrated communications/listening skills.
