Nexus NYC Construction is a New York based general contractor specializing in commercial and residential mixed-use ground-up buildings across NYC.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interior Construction Project Manager to oversee interior build-outs and finishes for multiple ground-up projects. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise interior construction and finishes on multiple NYC sites
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Manage schedules, budgets, and materials
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
3 7 years in interior or ground-up construction management
Experience managing multiple NYC sites
Strong knowledge of New York Department of Buildings regulations and rules
