Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment programs, front-end software, and commission DDC control/automation systems.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure systems meet project specifications and expectations.
- Maintain precise project documentation and installation records as required.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Foreman Electricians to deliver projects as designed.
- Engage with Commissioning Authorities to test systems requiring third-party evaluations.
- Conduct customer training on building automation control systems.
- Participate in project meetings and manage professional relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building automation systems.
- Tridium N4 Certification is desired.
- Proven programming experience is essential.
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred but not required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of BAS hardware, software, and control systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with BAS system software.
- Experience with Siemens Desigo programming is advantageous.
- Understanding of building automation protocols like BACnet and IP networking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Effective task and time management skills.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
