Engineering Manager Pulp & Paper Industry

Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of capital projects from concept to execution
- Guide project engineers and consultants to deliver on time and on budget
- Identify investment opportunities that boost safety, efficiency, and quality
- Champion energy and water conservation initiatives
- Present clear, timely project submissions to minimize approval delays
- Collaborate closely with the Mill Manager on broader operational goals.
Minimum requirements for this Engineering Manager position:
- BS in Engineering
- At least 7 years of engineering experience
- At least 3 years of experience in management
- Strong background in the pulp & paper industry
- Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Willingness to take on new challenges and grow into senior leadership.
