Supervise and mentor commissioning teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Liaise with project managers, OEMs, and client representatives to align commissioning activities with project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NERC, OSHA, and client-specific standards. Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation: test reports, NCRs, RAMS, and as-built records. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5 + years of experience in leading site commissioning activities, with a must-have background in high voltage substations. Working knowledge of grid operations, energy storage systems (BESS), and substation controls preferred. Ability to interpret single line diagrams, schematics, and test procedures. Familiarity with HV equipment and protection schemes Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety management on high voltage sites. Strong communication skills, Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while managing simultaneous critical infrastructure construction operations.
