Command Robbinsville is seeking Industrial Electricians to join our growing Maintenance team! We have openings on 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) and 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM). Overtime is available. The Industrial Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the printing facility. This role ensures that presses, finishing equipment, material handling systems, and building electrical infrastructure operate safely and efficiently to support production schedules. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls used in printing and finishing operations. Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues on presses, conveyors, motors, drives, PLCs, and control panels. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA, and facility safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage. Collaborate with production supervisors, machine operators, and maintenance team members to resolve technical problems quickly. Support facility projects including equipment installations, upgrades, and plant electrical improvements. Assist with maintaining backup power systems, lighting, and energy management controls. Participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives. Other job related duties as assigned. Requirements: Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a certified electrician apprenticeship program preferred. State-issued Journeyman or Master Electrician license (as required by local jurisdiction). Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a printing facility, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, motors, VFDs, control systems, and instrumentation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Familiarity with safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and industrial electrical codes. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting. Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment: Manufacturing/printing facility with exposure to noise, ink/chemicals, and moving machinery. May require overtime, weekends, and on-call availability depending on production needs.
